I am asking myself the same question over and over again. We can't make a forum so without it (it's look like) we can't get a licence because our website (openmeetings.hu) doesnt meet the requirements for NPL...
We got this one, we upgraded the site put a snapshot of our server on in that refresh every 5 minutes or so. It is still not enought? So tell me, how can we show community activity???
