I cant connect to any Teamspeak Server with the Android App. I think I have this problem since I reinstalled my Sony Xperia Z3 Compact with Android 5.1.1.

So basically I literally just launched my own personal server, I'm quite adept at permissions and making it but I started it up and, WHAM! I find this. What do I do?

Random packet loss IN or out with low ping and fiber

I have been experiencing some little packet loss, like 0.50% in random times. the packet loss is sometimes IN, sometimes OUT.
i heard about some microphone problems, and i tried to fix them by installing the last drivers available, since i did this, it looks like the packet loss got from the OUT to the IN as far as i noticed. My ping is 32+/- 0.6 max.

This is the clientlog for the room I'm currently trying and failing to log into. I can connect to other servers, but this is the second server with the typefrag tag on it that I cannot connect to. Any ideas what the problem is? TIA

I'm trying to get my XenForo forum plugin "Game Servers" to automatically be able to show the amount of users online our TeamSpeak 3 server. To do this I need to be able to give unauthenticated users access to the ServerQuery serverinfo command.

The Guest default server group has been granted b_virtualserver_info_view, b_virtualserver_channel_list, and b_virtualserver_client_list permissions, but when I telnet to port 10011 and try to use serverinfo I get this:

According to this list of permids 13 corresponds to b_virtualserver_change_template, which doesn't seem like a permission I'd like to grant to guest, but for troubleshooting purposes I tried to grant it and even as serveradmin the server told me I have insufficient permission modify power.

Does anyone know how I can get unauthenticated serverquerry users to be able to use serverinfo?

I have installed TS3 and when I try to connect to the server I get:

The server name is Hatsu.pl:9990

I did reset DNS via cmd then added TS3 to windows defender as allowed. I don't have any other firewall or anything.

TeamSpeak 3 failed to connect Server

Hello TeamSpeak-Forums,

i'm new here and have a problem.
I wanted to join a Clan TeamSpeak Server, at the first time i came in and i got a Message that i need to have Push-to-talk activated.
When i pressed ok on the Message after a second i got auto kicked from the Lobby (Server).
On the next tries to join the Server i get always "failed to connect server".
i dont know why, i asked the admin i dont get banned they cleared the Ban-List.
i can join every other TeamSpeak Servers expet this one from my Clan.
i Entered the TeamSpeak Server name (Number) corect.
Even tried with deaktivated Windows Firewall and Anti-Virus = Same problem.
Yesterday i even completely deleted my PC and reinstalled everything from new all Programms even Windows.

Tried with access all the Ports:

still same problem..

Lately I have been unable to connect to a specific server. It worked just fine till about 3 days ago, my friends are in the server and say it works just fine. Tried updating/reinstalling client and no luck.
I'm also able to connect to other servers without problem

Progressive desync when recording

Hello,

When recording a video I also record the conversation of TS using the recording tool os TS.
The problem is that there is a progressive desynchronisation that isn't a problem with short recording, but it's problematic when the video reach an hour or more.
It is surely because I record my video at 30 or 60 FPS when TS is recording the audio like if it was a 29.97 or 59.94.

Either I am trying to correct this by hand in Sony Vegas for every video, either I use less handy solution.
The problem is the same for Mumble and I am not using Skype for security and practical reasons.

My question : Is there a solution ?
Could it be possible to add a featur in TS that allow us to choose the rate at which TS is recording the audio ?

TeamSpeak simply not opening without any notice

Hey guys, I just reinstalled a clean copy of Windows 7 and the first thing I installed was TeamSpeak. I ran the server from my D: drive which works perfectly fine and my friend can connect to, however after multiple restarts and reinstallations of TeamSpeak it will not launch. I opened task manager to see if the process would start. It did, but closed after 5 seconds or so. This is really infuriating. Can someone help me? thank you

My hubby and I both have Teamspeak on out computers. I am Server Admin and he is Admin. Starting yesterday, every time he tried to move someone into another channel his TS crashes. We both have the same computer setup, we are both on Windows 7 64bit, and we both have Teamspeak 3 (3.0.17). Any help?

Teamspeak Recording Bot

Howdy folks!

I know there's a feature on the Teamspeak client to be able to record the chatter. However, I was wondering if there was already a teamspeak bot made (coded by someone) that can basically record and stop recording through the chat or command line.

I ask mostly because I have a ton of server space available for voice recording and I'd rather use that than local storage systems. I've been searching Google but all I find are bots that kick people who are recording and such (which really isn't a problem for any of us).

I often get invited to different Teamspeak and I dont want to make all of them favorites.
So having a list to see maybe the last 10 or 20 Teamspeaks that I joined would be very helpful and I dont think this would make too much work to code.

Hi,

I Own a teamspeak server that gets 10-30 players on in the night, I Have a few friends on xbox that don't have a ipad, iphone or anything to access teamspeak from.

I Really would like it if teamspeak could be added to the xbox one, There's no reason it can't be.

I Know some people will be like, Just use skype.... But teamspeak is way better for voice chat and playing music, etc. I Would much prefer to use teamspeak while playing on my xbox one.


If this gets rejected can you please give me a reason why you won't add it to the xbox one? I Really would like it on the xbox one so my friends can get on it, It would be a great for teamspeak to expand.

Teamspeak Not Connecting to Servers All of a Sudden

Hello,

As of recently, I haven't been able to connect to any servers, even the general teamspeak public server. I can find servers through the server list, and the server log tells me that I am connecting, however, the connection doesn't go through. I currently am in a college dorm, using my campus's wifi. I was able to connect before (a day or so ago), but now I'm not able to. I made sure that my firewall (including Windows firewall) was allowing Teamspeak through (even though I never changed anything in the settings prior to TS not working anymore), and I tried searching around through the FAQ's about using my campus' wifi. None of the two options for my campus' wifi are allowing me to connect to any server, but I don't believe it's the campus' fault, because one of my roommates has Teamspeak as well and he is able to connect to whatever server just fine, using the campus' wifi. I'm running the most recent version of Teamspeak (I did a fresh install, and reset all of my settings). If anyone could help me out, that would be great.

If there's any additional info that I need to/should provide, please let me know that too.

I can only change server group when I am in the default channel or the channel it is located under. I have one channel called Lobby, the default channel is located under this called spawn, there are 2 other sub-channels under lobby called AFK room and Support. I can set the server group when I am either in Lobby or in Spawn but not in any of the other rooms, neither in other channels or sub-channels.

e.g:

I have Channel-A and Channel-B.
in Channel-B, everybody can hear what is said in Channel-A, but not vice versa.

Before you are complaining etc.
this is wanted by all members of our teamspeak.. and we would like to mark this channel, so everybody knows and can see, that this channel open to listen.

why we are looking for this:
we have an number-restricted channel, where our gaming-team can play, without being disturbted. but some of us, are interessted in our team, spectate them and want to hear, how they communicate during the games.

Is there a way to set this in TS3 ? because Mumble and Ventrilo have something like this very easy to set.

2 users on same network cannot connect to my ts3 server

I made a ts3 server so that me and my friends that runs on Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. It's working great, my friends can connect and we're talking to each other, almost all is good. Two of my friends is living together and using the same network, which is an issue for my ts3 server. While one of them is connected, the other cannot connect and vice versa. They're now using a public ts3 server instead, which isn't what we wanted and it makes me sad, as I want all my friends to use my ts3 server. How come they can both be connected to other servers?

TL;DR How can I have two guys, using the same network, connect to my ts3 server, which is not a different network? How do other servers manage clients that use the same network?

Hi! I just made a "do not disturb" server group. basically people in this group cant be poked. right now only server admins can change to the group obviously, I want everybody to be able to change to the group but i dont want them to change to moderator etc. Is there any way to do this? :)

We downloaded the OS X Version of Team Speak 3 app today. When trying to open the app on my Mac it says:

TeamSpeak 3 Client cannot be opened because of a problem
Check with developer to make sure TeamSpeak 3 Client works with this version of Mac OS X.

I have Mac OS X Snow Leopard 10.6.3 installed on my Mac.

Has anyone else had this issue? Is there anything we can do to make the app work, or is there a different version of TeamSpeak that does work with this version?

After upgrading to the version 3.0.17 client I can no longer connect to my version 3.0.11.4 server. I have reproduced this problem on 3 different PCs.

Clients that remain at version 3.0.16 are able to connect with no problem.

Please advise.

Hello,

I have a issue with ts3 where when I open it, it will continue to open windows till windows crashes. it opens hundreds of windows very quickly, took me a few time more than 20 minutes to close all the windows. 1 in 10 opens correctly. any idea what might be happening. it did this in windows 7 and windows 10.

I have uninstalled, rebooted to safe, ran defrag, booted into windows and did clean reinstall with no data kept from original. set managed list back up, and bingo many windows.

This morning a friend of mine, asked me to play a game of counter strike over steam. Ive played with him before and said sure. He gave me a teamspeak info to use (176.31.166.2:1102) and there was a password that I forgot. Anyway, I go to that teamspeak, and it says i cannot connect because an audio plugin is out of date and click HERE to update. This window that popped us was a teamspeak window. It looked like the message you get when you do need to update your teamspeak. I clicked it and it directed me to teamspeak.com. The download window popped up. Because this has all gone through teamspeak i naturally clicked on the download link without thinking about it. As soon as i hit run, my steam crashes. I tried to reopen it but it said i had a missing file and couldnt launch steam.exe. I quickly did a system restore. Upon reboot, i opened steam up and typed in my password. "Password is incorrect". I log onto an alternate account that I have and I am logged in still. I check my email and I get some steam emails in russian confirming turning off steamgaurd, thus giving the hacker full access to my steam account, blocking me out. i look at my own inventory literally worth over a thousand dollars slowly get reduced one item at a time. I submit a steam support ticket but those people take a few days to reply. Anyway. Turns out that the friend of mine also had his account hijacked, and a friend of mine got hijacked because he thought it was me. STEAM is informed about this. Someone very smart is using your system to jack steam accounts. Just thought you should know...the URL where the link sent me to is "http://ift.tt/1WRMr3d; ..also, whoever did that also somehow wiped all of the emails in the email account that I had attached to my steam account so i couldn't provide steam with eReceipts. Lucily, Comcast can retrieve deleted emails. My email had a different password. Isnt that federally illegal? any help would be appreciated. Have a nice day.

I made a backup script for my teamspeak server and figured it might be useful for others. It uses the serversnapshotcreate command for the functionality. To learn more about this command and what it does please read this:

A few notes. The password is stored in plain text and written to the log file as such.. Ensure they are properly secured by setting the file permissions to 600.

To install extract it to your ts3 user folder:
/home/ts3user/ts3backup/

set ownership:
chown -R ts3user:ts3user

set permissions:
chmod 600 /home/ts3user/ts3backup/*
chmod 600 /home/ts3user/ts3backup/log/*

edit your password file:
serveradmin

Provide a list of ports that you will back up - each on their own line:
server_port

configure the script:
TS3SERVER='hostname' #can be hostname or IP
PORT='10011' #default port - change if necessary
DIRPATH='/path/installed/to' #ex: /home/ts3user/ts3backup/

Once done you can test it using this command:
/home/ts3srv/ts3backup/ts3backup >> /home/ts3srv/ts3backup/log/output.log

This runs the script and outputs the result into your log file for review.

You can set up a cronjob to run it:
0 5 * * 1 /home/ts3srv/ts3backup/ts3backup >> /home/ts3srv/ts3backup/log/output.log

I wrote a backup script and figured it might be useful to some others out there. It runs on debian but should also work on osx/freebsd as well:

To install it extract it to any location you'd like.
Edit the file "serveradmin" to contain your serveradmin pw.
Edit server_port to contain the port numbers you are running on your server, each on their own line.
Edit ts3backup for the following variables:
TS3SERVER='hostname' #this can be an IP as well
PORT='10011' #Default query port, change if necessary
DIRPATH='/path/installed/to' #path to where you installed the script to.

This basically just connects to the server using a standard unencrypted TCP Session and executes the "serversnapshotcreate" command. As a result you need to take care in how it is used. I recommend running this on the teamspeak server directly. Results are logged to the file:
log/output.log

That output.log will contain your serveradmin pw so be sure it is also set to permissions 600 so it is not readable by other users.

You can schedule this to run weekly using a cron process:
0 5 * * 1 /home/user/ts3backup/ts3backup >> /home/user/ts3backup/log/output.log

I have not tested the restore functionality and I backup my database as well but it should work. Here is an article about the serversnapshotcreate command:

TS Client crashes on startup since 3.0.17

Hi everybody,

first of all I've a problem with the update feature in 3.0.16. When I want to update the client crashes without any dump-file or error message.
To update to the new version (3.0.17) I uninstall my TS Client, deleted all the TS3-folders, made a reboot and install the new version.
Now I've got the problem, that the client doesn't start correctly. When I start the client (in admin mode) the GUI opens and then it crashes. The tray icon stays where it is until the cursor hovers over it.
I searched my whole PC for a dump file or a log file with a meaningful content, but I found nothing.
May you know about this problem.

For now I have to stay on 3.0.16 :(

Request for supporting multiple SRV record priority

Hi All,

I created a topic asking about this functionality and was informed that it did not currently exist, so I'm writing here to formally request it from the developers.

I would love if the TeamSpeak 3 Client would read multiple SRV records, and try to connect to them in order of priority, as per the intended use of SRV records. This would allow immediate redundancy to a TeamSpeak server, like having a backup server in case the first one goes down. This type of redundancy is important to any kind of admin, and the ability to do this directly through DNS records would be great.

While I can't speak to the nature of the TS3 code base, I am a professional software developer myself and I would think this functionality should be relatively easy to implement.

If there's any spare time in the TS3 Dev Team time, I would *really* appreciate if this could be added!

[3.0.17] TS3 crashes on startup after update to 3.0.17

Hi,

I can not run the new 3.0.17 version of Teamspeak.
Everytime I start the client the UI appears and closes immediately. The tray icon disappears when hovering over it after the crash.
I can not find any dump file.
This is what I tried to fix it:

• Uninstall TS 3.0.16
• Manually deleting TS-folders
• Run as administrator

The update function in 3.0.16 doesn't work (It closes everytime I started it).

My system:
Win 8.1 x64 Pro
i7-3610QM
8GB RAM

Max Nick length?

Hello Guys,

I'm having the Problem on my website I'm having the TS-Server embeed (http://ift.tt/1ETDwDa). If a User is having a TOO long nickname the following thing happens on the Website:



The Scrollbar shows up. Now I'm asking if its Possible in some way to restrict the TS-Nick length?
It would be usefull so that bar wouldn't show up anymore.

Friend randomly cutting off

Hey there TS3 users, i'll just get right to it.
My friend has a problem, whenever he speaks, we can only hear him for a bit but then randomly we just can't anymore. After like 5-10 seconds he's back again.
He has tried:

• reinstalling teamspeak
• reinstalling drivers
• use another headset

It is not his internet that's causing problems, since everything related to the internet is working flawlessly

Hello fellow teamspeak users, I have , for a few weeks now, a little problem with my teamspeak client behaviour.

when I first boot my computer and then start teamspeak it takes 3 to 5 seconds to start. Or, I don't think it should, considering that it's installed on an SSD and that when I close it, and then re open it, it takes less than a second.

It's not a big problem (just really annoying) , but the weird thing is that, it wasn't happening on older versions.

So, I looked at the logs (hoping to find anything relevant) and it looks like, it's the newsticker thing that causes this delay at the startup.

Connect to ServerQuery (with SFML)

Hello,

I want to code a little TeamSpeak 3 Bot with the ServerQuery. The ServerQuery uses Telnet on port 10011. I am using Linux Ubuntu and when the server is started I can connect easy with "telnet localhost 10011" and it works finely. At first you have to login and tell the ServerQuery which virtual server you want to use. So the first 2 commands that I use everytime are "login USERNAME PASSWORD" and "use port=9987". As I said, that works fine. Now to my problem: I can connect to the server, the status is "Done". I also can receive the welcome message ("Welcome to TeamSpeak 3 the ServerQuery ...") with socket.receive(buffer, 512, received) (yes, the size of the buffer is 512 and received is a std::size_t, thats not the mistake ;) ). And I also can send the messages "login USERNAME PASSWORD" and "use port=9987" with socket.send(msg.c_str(), msg.size() + 1);, the status is always "Done". But I can't receive the answers. Normally it must say "error id=0 msg=ok". The commands are the same as them that I use in the terminal and there i get the answer "error id=0 msg=ok". Also the commands sent with SFML have no effect. When I type "clientpoke clid=1 msg=TEST" in the terminal, I get poked (I'm connected to localhost with my TeamSpeak Client also), but when I send this with SFML, nothing happens.

Why the TeamSpeak ServerQuery don't "understand" the commands, maybe its the wrong coding (UTF-8 and so) ?Please help me.

IMPORTANT: You don't have to be able to code C++ or know SFML, the mistake is not at this point I think. The packets being send, the TeamSpeak ServerQuery just don't "unterstand" them :(.

I've been trying to connect to this IP > http://ift.tt/1EhoJHz < but everytime I've done it it gives me that error message and I've yet to figure out what's causing it.

I've tried uninstalling TS, I've tried DNS Flushing, I've triple checked the IP but it just doesn't seem to work.

I'm not sure what sort of specs I should be posting but I'm running windows 8.1 and of course the server is already confirmed to be running as my friends use it daily.

New TeamSpeak Update Doesn't Let Me Connect To Server

I tried this with the following TS servers:
3.0.11.1
3.0.11.3

I could connect to my server just fine when I was on TS Client 3.0.16 and 3.0.14.
But then I updated to 3.0.17 and I could no longer connect to my server.

So I uninstalled and reinstalled, still couldn't connect. Then I uninstalled and reinstalled an earlier version (3.0.16) and I could finally connect to my server again.

It seems that TS Client 3.0.17 does not allow me to connect to my 3.0.11.1 or 3.0.11.3 servers.

4K / UHD Display Resolution

Hi Teamspeak-Pro's,

i was searching the web for information about how to handle the TS3 Client on 4K / UHD displays with a resolution of 3840 x 2160 pixels. My problem is all about the scaling of the TS3 Client using with Windows 10. The font of the active users on our server is extreme small. I have no problems with the chat, because i can zoom in with ctrl + scroll-wheel. But i can't change the size of the users and it's pretty hard to see who is talking.

Maybe there is a workaround for that problem?

Some more details of my system.

1. Display - ASUS 27" with 2560 x 1440 pixels (no problem with TS3, Main-Display for Games)
2. Display - MEDION 28" with 3840 x 2160 pixels (second screen for using TS3 & Skype etc.)
Nvidia Geforce GTX 980 graphics
Microsoft Windows 10

SRV record for dedicated domain port is not working

Right now people have to connect to my teamspeak with the port (:5994) added at the end of the domain, but I'm trying to set up a SRV record so it will connect them to the teamspeak without the port. Right now this is what my subdomains/SRV records look like: http://ift.tt/1JgY4cA

Even though I think I have it set up properly, it's still not connecting them unless they add in the port at the end of the domain. Anybody know how to fix this?

Hotkey remapping on Linux [3.0.17]

Hello,

I have a Mouse with quite a lot of buttons on the thumb side, which are recognized as keyboard by X, as another row of numbers to be precise(Keycodes 10 to 21).
Because i don't want to use a numpad number as PTT key, i remapped those keys by loading a custom keymap for that keyboard.
As a result of this keymap, the keys on the mouse no longer send the number keys, but F1 to F12, with one exception.

Now, as a result, when i map one of those buttons in TS3, it shows the correct F7 key for Push-To-Talk, but associates it with the keycode of the button 7 on my mouse, which happens to be 16.
It seems like this keycode is all TS3 checks for when checking for a hotkey. So, when i press the key 7 on my regular keyboard, which also happens to have the keycode 16, it recognizes this as Push-To-Talk key, even though it's mapped to an entirely diffrent key.

This is not too terrible of an issue for Push-To-Talk, but for other hotkeys, like muting/unmuting myself, it can get quite annoying when typing numbers on my keyboard randomly pushes hotkeys that show as beeing on some F keys or even Scroll Lock.

Constant Crashes

Hello.

I have sent about 5 or 6 crashdumps now, with that new semi automatic tool...
It never crashed on the old version and I mean "it never crashed" when I say that.


There is no data about the origin of the crash. It always crashes when I'm NOT there. I turn off my monitor at night, come back in the morning and I have to send the crash-report. There's no indication on my side what the problem can be.

It happens in the following conditions:
-When I'm not looking. (and ONLY when I'm not looking)
-Even on empty servers which get no other visitors.
-With and without other programs active, such as mIRC, steam, hamachi, daemon tools, DisplayFusion, Logitech Gaming Software. And so on. Even on a bare windows, this happens when I physically go away from keyboard for long periods of time.
-With and without Windows Aero view.

I'm running on:
Windows 7.1 Ultimate 64-bit
AMD Phenom II X2 B55 @3.2 GHZ
7.75 GB memory.
Multi-screen (3)
G510 macro-keyboard.

After each crash, I did my best to change as many variables on my system as possible. But it keeps crashing when I'm not looking.

Note: This problem forces me to downgrade. Can I please receive support with this?
All customers (despite this being free) will rage when there are constant crashes of a product.
Please be considerate and allow client-side downgrading at will.
This will create less quitters, more loyal users and a lot better image for you guys.

Hello everyone, i made a mistake today: i was looking for some permission options when i've seen this "group modify power" line, wrongly i changed the value from 75 to 0 (grant was on 75 still) so now i'm not able to change anything on the server, since i made this mistake on server admin group. I don't know what to do, if you want, help me.

Hello, I moderate a small community server and lately a couple of people have been joining named 'xxxxxx Whenever they come in they just play loud music and troll the TS. When we attempt to click their names to mute/ban them we instantly crash due to their Avatars. Is there any possible way to ban them without clicking their names?

Fix for running server on Windows 10

I could not find my last post but I figured I would give a little help if anyone has this problem.

Its all related to the god forsaken Windows Firewall. There will be 2 programs that are blocked in the rules. For some reason it likes to allow teamspeak server to run but then the rule is nullified by adding the block rule.

Hopefully this helps anyone else that runs into this problem.

Note: I did add the new rules for each of the ports (TCP and UDP 9987, 10011, 30033) so that may also come into play if you do not get it working the first time.

teamspeak lights up background of webcam on stream of OBS

have a question if such a plugin exists or could be created:

Our stream overlay has a row of webcam boxes for our talk show hosts that can be seen here.

We use teamspeak to communicate between each other onstream
and are using a simple TS overlay that let's viewers know who's talking that appears
as a list on the side of the screen as seen here.

However this is not aesthetically pleasing and I'm curious if there is any way to make the background (greenscreen) of each webcam light up depending on who's talking at the time.


Any and all help would be extremely appreciated.

I recently updated to Windows 10 and now no one can connect to my server, not even myself from out of my network (I am able to check off network using the app on my phone). I have the port forwarding set up, the server has been running for roughly 2 years with no problems.

I went so far as to reinstall the server application (which is running) and remove the ports and add them again on my router. he only log that I can really show is this because it is a fresh install:

I have no idea what is going on, I have tried running as administrator and in various compatibility modes to no avail. Any help would be much appreciated, I hate using any other type of comms that I cannot control myself.

How did someone find my server?

I run a small private server for my children. Today, while I was monitoring, someone else with an offensive name joined my server. I did not have a server password set at the time - I have since fixed that - because I didn't expect anyone to know how to connect to the server without the connection information. I was able to determine via reverse DNS that the user doesn't live in the same city as myself nor any of the kids that were connected at the time, and in fact he/she was using a different provider (Comcast) than what all of the kids do (BrightHouse). I was able to handle the situation by kicking/banning the user, but I would like to know...

What is/are the most likely ways this user obtained my connection information? I know it didn't come from any of the current users - they are all too young to really know how to do that. Is there some central server that TeamSpeak servers register with - some kind of directory? Is it more likely he was using a port scanner of some kind?

Teamspeak3 Client not connecting to any servers?

I have TS3 3.0.17. I have two computers one upstairs and the one downstairs which is connected to my cable modem and connected to my wireless router TP-LINK Archer C7, AC1750.

My old TS3 3.0.16 used to work. So I installed the new TS3 3.0.17 now it won't connect to any servers not even the main TS3 Server?

Can someone please help me resolve this issue I would appreciate it very much thank you. If you need any more information please let me know. Thank you.

I'm owning an windows sever having an ts server running on it. Now I want to move to a Debian server but I do not want to lose members, channels and So on.

Can you tell me how to move without losing stuff?

Easier way to revoke Channel Group?

At this moment (if I'm correct) granting and revoking a channel membership works like this:
In Channel FOO you can make a user (for example called Peter) member of channel group BAR and Peter will have this membership also on all subchannels of FOO.
If a channel admin wants to revoke the membership of the BAR channel group of Peter, it can only be done from the main channel where Peter got the BAR membership, so can only be removed in channel FOO.

The CA has to move Peter to FOO and then remove his BAR membership. Normally by using the right mouse button and then click the BAR member group so Peter will automatically become guest user again.

However, if this Peter is quick enough, he would be able to quickly move to one of the subchannels again and the CA has to move Peter again to FOO or kick him from the server.

This can be irritating. Is there no easier way, maybe to be setup via the permissions system, so a CA can remove the channel group membership from Peter, no matter in which subchannel of FOO he is residing? This could prevent the trolling as mentioned above.

TeamSpeak keeps crashing to desktop when I try to import my ID I'm using Windows 10 home on a Dell Inspiron 3541 teamspeak ver 3.0.17

Unable to connect to any teamspeak server after policy change

This morning (23/08/15) there was an update for teamspeak stating that teamspeak wanted to collect data for research purposes or something similar, of course I would have selected yes but I miss-clicked and clicked no. Because of this I am now unable to connect to any teamspeak server. I have been using voice.teamspeak.com for my tests so its consistent. So far I have:

•Disabled my firewall
•Enabled a exception for the teamspeak program
•Allowed all access for all ports in my firewall
•Reinstalled teamspeak then deleted every single other remaining piece of it from the install (From the registry, appdata and from my documents) and then reinstalled it
•Port forwarded any ports necessary in my router
•Enabled dmz to my client pc.

I am assuming that the new teamspeak changes I denied are stored on a server somewhere and I was wondering if anyone had any ideas of how to fix this. The only other idea I have had is to reinstall windows but that seems very drastic

I have also included the client log of what I get when I just open up teamspeak and try to connect to voice.teamspeak.com

I'm on DX11
Teamspeak 3.0.17
Windows 8.1 Pro 64 bit
