Ts3 Server Not Running

Hi everyone. I got new hosting and domain from godaddy. Hosting is linux with cpannel. I download ts3 server for linux and i did all right with Putty. Server srat it and i got token. But from ts3 clint i can't reach my server. I looked to log file there is 2 warnings. I was looking to fix it but i didn't find any solution. I am new with Linux. Please explain very easy way. Thanks.
