No connection to server from my client

Hi all. Cannot connect to server from my client version 3.0.17 installed on OS Windows 7. The server is definitely available since I can connect from home (MacOS) and other users also connect easily. Sure, I tried different servers. May it be that needed port is disabled on my laptop? Please, see the logs:

No connection to server from my client
