Running Windows Server 12 Datacenter on a dedicated server rack. I have vbox on it that i use to setup linux clouds. On one cloud i have been running ts3 server on debian for about a year. Well due to some accidents, i decided i wanted a backup server on the windows 12 to run.
I installed the x64 ts3 server for windows. I can connect to serverquery using localhost telnet. I changed firewall settings to open all the udp port and the two tcp ports. I opened for inbound and outbound. I even turned off firewall completely. I still can not get external clients to connect. Yes, i am using the proper ip. For giggles i even used the gateway ip.
