I keep getting the "Failed to resolve hostname" error

I've been trying to connect to this IP > http://ift.tt/1EhoJHz < but everytime I've done it it gives me that error message and I've yet to figure out what's causing it.

I've tried uninstalling TS, I've tried DNS Flushing, I've triple checked the IP but it just doesn't seem to work.

I'm not sure what sort of specs I should be posting but I'm running windows 8.1 and of course the server is already confirmed to be running as my friends use it daily.
