Gerber warranty frustration help

Can someone please help me find a phone number to Gerber blades, where I can talk to an actual human being?

I sent in a multi-tool back in July. I have the tracking number that shows it was delivered, but Gerber has failed to verify that they have received my multi-tool.

I have sent 7-8 emails, and called a half-dozen times, and I have only had one reply sent back to me, asking for more information. I supplied the extra information, and received no reply back.

Can someone here who has maybe dealt with Gerber warranty help me out? All I want to do is to be able to verify Gerber has received my multi-tool, and that they are working on the warranty.
