While the numbers may not support a decline in ISIS fighters... I submit that the best way for this to play out is almost exactly like it is currently. Minimum effort and expense on our part, but the fighting is keeping most of the middle east area occupied. It's basically a meat grinder... I think we should just keep enough arms and support flowing to not allow either side to really win. Just let them keep killing each other for years and years. Basically we only intervene if ISIS gets the upper hand or starts to expand in the area, bomb them back into their holes and let the Iraqis, Iranians, Kurds etc keep the fight going on the ground.
