MIC not working on TS, cant find any solution

Hi,

I just bought a mic (T bone sc 400) and a preamp (art tube mp) and i connected it like this :
Mic - XLR XLR - Preamp - XLR jack 3.5 - Line input.

The sound is perfect on Skype and on Realtek but awful on teamspeak. TS finds my mic but I have to shout in to hear me and the sound is disgusting.

I tried every obvious possibilities (searching for 6h now) but none worked.

So i'm here if somoene knows something about a known issue or something like that, coz the only posts I could find about my mic were in German.
