Another "Failed to Connect to Server" post

I can connect to this server on my desktop, but not on my laptop. I installed TS on the laptop yesterday, and haven't been able to connect to this server. Here is what TS shows:

I've read a lot of other posts regarding this issue, but I've not seen anything that helps. I've tried turning off my firewall - same results. Norton Security is set to allow TS traffic.

Any suggestions?
