Accounting issue with NPL Licensure

Hello,

First I would like to start by saying that I have already searched these forums and have found many issues of this occurring in the older Beta released. However, I have not seen any happening recently, nor have I seen any fixes for the issue that work for me. I will attempt to place all logs and information needed here to hopefully come to a quick resolution.

I am getting the dreaded "|ERROR |Accounting | | too many slots hosted, shutting down!" problem.

Upon the latest reinstall I used ANR Daemo's guide to put the files in the proper locations, permissions, and upstart script.

Steps taken thus far:
  1. NPL Support has issued a NEW Unique License
  2. Reinstalled Teamspeak
  3. Reinstalled Server
  4. Deleted Server within Teamspeak Config and recreated as a 32 slot
  5. Turned off the server for 24 hours and started again
  6. Ensured proper server time using ntpdate-debian
