I've been cruising YouTube for ideas on long term food storage and portable food storage. I found this lady and to me, what she's doing seems really smart. She's loading a 5 gallon bucket with jars of freeze dried meals. Anybody else do this? I'm looking for possible reasons this won't work...anybody? For me, earthquakes aren't an issue. Other than that...
