[Request] Dynamic Channel creation

Hello Community,

Im searching for a tool or bot that automaticly create and delete channel.
I like a clean and clear looking teamspeakserver and now it is like this:

Talking area:
-Talk 1
-Talk 2
-[...]

Gaming Area:
-Team 1
-Team 2
-[...]

I thought about a server with only 1 channel per area.
Like "Talking area" -> "Talk 1"

And the a bot/plugin that checks every x seconds if there is somebody in this channel. If there is somebody the bot/plugin automaticly create the second channel (in this example Talk 2 if there is someone in Talk 1).
And then the same backwards if there is nobody in channel "Talk 2" the bot have to delete it.

Is this possible somehow?
I hope you can help me with this cause i have like 6 or more main-channel with numbered sub-channels.

(Side-note: I have full acces to the root-server it is not rent server (microsoft server))

Ich suche nach einem Tool oder Bot welcher automatisch channel erstellt bzw. löscht.
Ich mag einen aufgeräumten Teamspeak mit nicht allzu vielen Channel, was aber im Moment nicht der Fall ist.

Aktuell sieht es bei mir so aus:

Laberecken:
-Laberecke 1
-Laberecke 2
-[usw.]

CS:GO:
-Team 1
-Team 2
-[usw.]

Ich dachte daran, dass man nur 1 Channel pro "Baum" benötigt und dann einen Bot hat der jede X Sekunden den Hauptchannel checkt ob sich ein User darin befindet.
Sollte jemand im 1. Channel sein erstellt der Bot automatisch einen 2. Leeren Channel für andere User.

Also:
Laberecken:
-Laberecke 1

Es kommt ein User in Laberecke 1 und automatisch wird Laberecke 2 erstellt. Kommt dann jemand in Laberecke 2 wird Laberecke 3 erstellt.
Verschwinden alle User aus den Channel wird bis auf Laberecke 1 alles gelöscht, sodass nur Laberecke 1 vorhanden bleibt.

Ist das möglich?
Kann mir dabei irgendwer helfen?

(Ich habe vollen Zugriff auf den Root-Server wo der TS3 Server installiert ist (Windows Server))
