Hi all. My clan have a teamspeak 3 server that we rent from a host. Something got messed up with the usergroups, and i managed to mess it up even more. Every usergroup is deleted and we only have "guest" group now. I have made a ticket to the host, asking for a re-install, but they have not responded after 2 days of waiting.
I have a token option in the cpanel, but it will only make "guest" tokens aswel.
There is a feature in the cpanel to import and export snapshots of server settings. I was wondering if it is possible for someone to upload a snapshot of a default server setup with every setting on default, so that i can upload it and start from new with the server? The host does not have backup features eaither, so we are kind of lost.
