The Rules/ToS have "[ARG:2 UNDEFINED]" in them.
So, if anyone agrees to these, it doesn't matter, because they are invalid, so they are no longer bound by these rules until they are fixed.
I agreed to these broken rules, so I could technically ignore them if I wanted to, at least until they are fixed and I have to agree to the changes.
