[TS3] Headset not noisy at times, sometimes

The headset of a friend sometimes with voice activation a noise, but sometimes not.
At the headset itself, it is also not, because sometimes the voice is indeed completely rauschlos.
Have you perhaps solutions?
Should something come up with programs or drivers would also be nice if you writes how to find out what drivers / programs you need.
