TS3 Stops Transmitting.....

I use TS3 with Push-to-Talk enabled (Ctrl), and it works fine for a while until it randomly stops transmitting voice. When pressing the push to talk key it doesn't change the color of the circle, showing that its actually transmitting voice. Normally, it should change color every time the key is pressed. The only way I have found to fix it is restarting the client.... which get annoying

- Already reinstalled TS3
- Fresh OS reinstall
- New Mic (Mod Mic)

* tried everything that I could think of for now.... any suggestions?
