I haven't had an issue with TS until yesterday. I got myself a new headset Logitech G430 and installed all drivers and such. I went straight into a game of League of Legends with a couple of friends and when I got in I had zero ingame sound. I exited out of Teamspeak and reloaded League and pow i had audio again. I have tried several things to fix it however none to avail
The problem seems something along these lines.
If I open Teamspeak it mutes all other applications
Teamspeak mutes streams,spotify aswell as games
If i do not have teamspeak open than i can do all those things with audio
