Plugins not showing up

So the issue is that I have tried adding a couple plugins that I have downloaded and copied them into the plugins folder.
I restart TS3, and go to the plugins tab only to find nothing appears. Tried reloading and still nothing.
The API versions match the latest version but nothing.

Am I missing something on the setup?
