Updated to server version 3.0.12 and server dies

The server was online for about 32 minutes and after that, it just crashed. Since that I've fully stopped the instance, deleted all log files and started the instance again. The server tells me, that it was started successful, but when I try to connect, the server dies:

It seems to be an change on the database structure, but I didn't found an update for under sql/updates_and_fixes/.

Can somebody explain me this problem and tell me, how to solve it? Thanks in advance!
