Failed to Connect to Server

Yesterday everything was working just fine and i didn't change an inch at my router settings. I have already tried to turn off the firewall, both the router and the windows, and didn't work. There is a peculiar thing, whenever I reset my computer, if the first thing i try to do when starts up, is to enter the channel, works normally and after 15 seconds the connection drops out. I have already tried from other computers from this house and nothing. I have also tried other public servers and nothing and I have tried connecting with the ip numbers instead the of the url as you can see in the logs right below. I saw others asking help for the same issue in here but none of them had answers that I tried and worked out. Please help.
