Forces me to chose my payback and mic device

Every time I turn on my pc and then login in to ts, I have to chose my payback device and microphone. I have always had the same device so I should have to do that. When I go to re-chose it, my device is listed twice, one in red and the normal black, so I pick the black one. I even made a profile to auto chose it for me, kinda, but that doesn't work either.

Is there a fix to this so when I turn on my pc I don't have to reapply my devices?
