I did open a ticket regarding the text to speach module which was moved/appended to the topic "Problems with text-to-speech in Win 8.1 / wrong voice (german)", which is marked as a solved problem.
MY reply in that topic that the solution offered does not realyl work (well, it changes something, it just does not solve the problem) is waiting for any kind of reactionor reply since over 2 weeks now.
You can immagine that I amnot exactly pleased about the fact that my response which clearly states the problem still persiss has obviously not even been read yet, or simply ignored.
Off course I could open a new ticket .. but this seems if this sis a genereal problem (meaning if you do not monitor peoples replies after you move them off to a solved thread) then you deffinitely should solve this in general
